After suffering a shattering blow to her confidence when it came to animals she loved so dearly, Alex felt there was an unfulfilled demand for professionals in the field of riding confidence rehabilitation. Whilst an abundance of information can be found elsewhere, none of the teaching or techniques is personalised to suit the individual rider.
Now professionally filling the void of effective confidence recovery, no longer will riders be overwhelmed with the helplessness of not knowing where to turn, or not being able to afford the help they need. In addition to being a BSC Psychology Graduate with First Class Honours and a certified practitioner of neurolinguistic programming with The American Board of Neurolinguistic Programming (ABNLP), Alex is a UKCC qualified Coach and trained in timeline therapy and NLP Coaching. Alex utilises these teachings and personal experiences to work towards rebuilding relationships and developing confidence between riders and horses alike.
As a well-rounded equestrian and sought after individual in the industry, Alex is proud to have worked alongside valued professionals both in the UK and America in Horse Racing and Eventing.
